Each component runs for four weeks. You can join at any component and complete the rest later.

Component 1 — Melody: How to Write an Effective Melody

  • Week 1: What is melody?
  • Week 2: What makes some melodies more effective?
  • Week 3: Create your own melody and explore key elements.
  • Week 4: Finish and showcase your melody to the class.

Component 2 — Lyrics: Effective Lyric Writing

  • Week 1: How to write lyrics and the core elements.
  • Week 2: Continue exploring effective lyric techniques.
  • Week 3: Let’s write a song together (collaborative session).
  • Week 4: Write your own lyrics and showcase them.

Component 3 — Harmony: Chords & Song Arrangement

  • Week 1: What is harmony? Elements and listening.
  • Week 2: How to write chords for your song.
  • Week 3: Beginner instrumental writing; arranging parts that work together.
  • Week 4: Blend harmony with lyrics and melody.

Component 4 — Rhythm: Beats, Groove & Integration

  • Week 1: What is rhythm? Elements that build feel and groove.
  • Week 2: Practical beat‑making and rhythm exercises.
  • Week 3: Continued practice and refinement.
  • Week 4: Fit your rhythm with melody, harmony, and lyrics.

How it Works

  • Pick your starting component (Melody, Lyrics, Harmony, or Rhythm).
  • Attend a weekly live class (60min) + short homework.
  • Get feedback, improve, and share progress each week.
  • Loop into the next component when you’re ready.

One finished piece (melody, lyric draft, harmony map, or rhythm pattern). Clear checklist and templates you can reuse. Recorded feedback notes to guide your next steps.

Across the full program

A complete original song (melody + lyrics + harmony + rhythm). Confidence working from idea to finished draft. A simple system for writing your next songs faster.

Per class (4 weeks): $50 per session → $200 per component If you pay for all 4 components upfront → 10% discount ($720 total) Otherwise, you can pay per component (minimum purchase: 1 component). Payment plans available

FAQ

Can I start with any component?
Yes. Melody, Lyrics, Harmony, and Rhythm are designed to stand alone. If you miss one, you can join it in a later cycle.
All sessions are recorded. You’ll get the replay and notes. You can also post work for feedback between sessions.
No advanced theory is required. A basic instrument or DAW helps, but you can start with voice and simple tools.
Yes. You’ll receive practical feedback each week so you know exactly what to improve.
